At the conclusion of a biohazard clean we will provide a comprehensive report detailing the situation, our professional assessment, the actions taken, and a comprehensive series of before and after photographs if required.
We are often asked to provided certified documents to landlords, local authorities and insurance companies detailing our work and certifying the area safe from any public health risks. This, we are more than happy to do and consider it part of any task.
We do this in a timely manner and can vary report structures depending on our clients needs.
Insurance Cover
Bio-Hazard Cleaning holds comprehensive business insurance.
Liability Cover
Bio-Hazard Cleaning holds full public liability insurance up to $4m.
We offer and range of rapid-deployment services right across Perth, regional WA and Australia wide. Each task is different and will be assessed over the phone and then in-person with a lead cleaning technician. The situations we are called upon to undertake are often upsetting, but also dangerous - please call for advice anytime, 24/7. Don’t put yourself at risk of exposure to a biological hazard.
